There are many ways to learn English ,I think the most effective way is to use .
Using English can help you learn vocabularies .When I was in China ,I didn't have many chances to use English .The only way to recite words for me was to repeat the new words many times .But it didn't work well .When I come to Singapore ,I can use my new words to express myself and read newspapers to use the words ,by which way the words will give me a deep impression .
Using English can help you pronounce well .If you read essays ,you will take almost all the notice on the meaning and leave less on pronunciation .But when you use English to express youself ,you will sometimes find that others don't understand you clearly .That is because there are some words that you pronounce wrong .It works well to improve English speaking .
Using English can help you understand native English speakers better .Because of the different grammars of different languages ,the thinking ways are different .And it is always the main problem that people from different places find it hard to understand others' English .Thinking way is one part of culture .Listen to them and use English as they do ,which is a effective way to be near native speaker .
In a word ,using English is the best way to learn English .Just take chance to speak English and it must wor well .
